El Kabong Hits the Stage at Meadows Celebration!

What are you doing this Friday night? Are you looking for a place to go to hear some great music? Well, we have just the band for you. El Kabong, based in Holland, will be joining us at 8 p.m. at Meadows Celebration at Granger Meadows Park. El Kabong has played at venues all over Michigan, and they'll be entertaining the crowd with a mix of classic rock and roll, pop, oldies and country.

El Kabong's performance will be followed by another spectacular fireworks finale.

One Week Until Meadows Celebration! We Need Your Help!

There's only one week left until the Meadows Celebration! The event takes place next Friday at Granger Meadows Park, beginning at 4 p.m. and ending after the spectacular fireworks display at around midnight.

We've got another fun-filled event lined up for this year, but we need your help. Volunteers are what make this event great and we are in need of more. We're still trying to fill several volunteer slots.

Two-hour shifts are available, so you can help out and still enjoy Meadows Celebration with your family before or after your shift. (The truth is, you'll be enjoying yourself during your shift as well!)

If you're available, please contact Laurie at DeWitt Township at 517-668-0270 or lkulhanek@dewitttwp.org. Please tell your friends, family and neighbors, and help us make this another successful Meadows Celebration!
